Welcome to Soko Therapy

Soko Therapy is a Christian counselling brand founded on the principles of compassion, empathy, and faith. Our name, Soko, is one of the toetems of the Shona people in Zimbabwe. Soko is Aneni's mother's toetem and a dedication to the wisdom her mother continues to pour into her. We envision a safe and supportive community where individuals can gather to share their stories, receive healing, and experience transformation.

Born out of a passion to address the mental health and spiritual needs of individuals, families, and communities. Our founder, Heather Muvindi, a seasoned counsellor recognized the need for a safe and non-judgmental space where people could explore their struggles, develop coping strategies, and deepen their faith.
